Smallbatch Lamb Freeze-Dried Dog Food
Over 10 years ago, the roots of Smallbatch sprouted in the Mission of San Francisco, when David & Diana Vogel created their first ‘small batch.’ Inspired by the Slow Food Movement and joined by brother Michael, the Vogels created a pet food unlike any other. Smallbatch is ingredient-driven, environmentally conscious and derived from a ‘made to order’ model. Smallbatch is only available in selected locations, staying firm to our commitment to quality.
Our focus is not to be the biggest pet food company, but to be the best at what we do. We believe that our pets deserve to eat real food, which is why we procure all of our ingredients from local farms that we know and love – farms that take care of the land for the benefit of future generations. The way the food is raised, grown and harvested plays a pivotal role in not just the health of our pets, but also in the health of our planet. Smallbatch is dedicated to offering quality food that aligns with these values.
We strive to only use meats that are free-range, pasture raised and always free of hormones and antibiotics. Our produce is 100% certified Organic and our supplements are always pure, organic, and unrefined. No HPP (high-pressure pasteurization) always 100% raw, the way nature intended.

Transitioning Your Dog
New Users: Sudden changes in diet, including overfeeding, can sometimes result in digestive issues. Always introduce any new food by slowly mixing with your current diet for the first 7-10 days, increasing the amount of Smallbatch’s while decreasing the amount of the other brand.
