How Does Nekojam Work?

1. Shop Online

Select from over 10,000 pet products at your fingertips at attractive prices! Simply add at least $39 worth of items to your cart to enjoy free delivery.

2. Pay

Paying for your order is seamless and easy. We accept payment via PayPal, as well as debit and credit cards via Stripe.

3. Process

Orders are processed each working day at 9 AM. If you’ve paid for a purchase on Friday after 9 AM, Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday, we’ll be in touch the next working day (etc. Monday).

4. Contact

You’ll be kept updated on the status of your order via SMS or Email, beginning from the time it has been processed. Make sure you enter these details correctly at checkout!

5. Delivery

Depending on your selected mode of delivery, your order could arrive as quickly as the next working day, or up to 4 working days. For urgent orders, always opt for Nekojam Delivery+ – It’s free for orders above $79!  Take a look at the difference between Courier Delivery and Nekojam Delivery+ >>

8. Locate Us

Pet parents looking to collect their orders should wait to receive a text confirmation prior to making their way down to our fulfilment centre. Our office and warehouses are located at 23 New Industrial Road.
