We aim to be the best in the industry while staying lean and fast. We are constantly expanding and there is always something to do every day. However, in order for us to do so, we only hire talented, highly motivated individuals who are able to work in small teams, as well as independently (because no one likes to be Mom-ed, y’know?)

Graphic Communications Executive
In this role, you’ll be involved in the creation of digital content every step of the way, from concept to delivery. This includes overseeing idea development and everything regarding the delivery of digital content online.
Job Scope
- Support the marketing manager in marketing-related activities (etc. for EDM, social media, ads)
- Directing the look and content of our marketing platforms and collateral
- Update our websites on a regular basis to reflect changes in graphic requirements
- Explore new and creative ideas to market products through graphic communication
We Want You If…
- You’re a sharp-eyed, detailed oriented and good design ambassador.
- You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition, and type.
- You’re an excellent communicator
- You possess a curious and solution-oriented mindset
- You possess creative flair, versatility conceptual/visual ability and originality
- You’re fluent in Adobe Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator.
- You’re able to work a website with updates in visuals. Bonus if you have experience in web or UX/UI design
Working Environment and Details
- Part-time or full-time position available
- Mondays – Fridays, flexible hours negotiable
- Choose to work from home or from our location at Bartley, Singapore

Job Scope
- Support the marketing team in marketing related activities
- Contribute in ways to the procurement of new products and services
- Assume partial responsibility for administrative tasks related to online retail management
- Support the operations team in e-commerce order fulfilment
- Picking, packing of pet products accurately based on orders submitted
Job Requirements
- University or Diploma undergraduate, preferably in the areas of Marketing, Business Management or Mass Communications (or equivalent)

Job Scope
- Assist the Marketing Manager in managing marketing activities for the Neko Neko Group
- Spearhead engaging content for digital media platforms
- Oversee and manage SEO and SEM activities
- Create and monitor ad performance and marketing KPIs
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns through blog content, social media, newsletters
- Website management (WooCommerce CMS)
- Plan and coordinate public events
Job Requirements
- Possess a relevant degree in Advertising, Public Relations or Marketing
- 1-2 years experience in Marketing
- Have a keen aesthetic eye for graphic design
- Knowledge of WooCommerce UI/UX
- Proficient in image processing software
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess a high level of initiative and drive
Job Scope
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer frustrations and complaints
- Knowing our products and services inside and out to best recommend them to fit customer needs
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

Job Requirements
- No formal education required – Just a personable, cheerful and attentive personality!
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Typing speed of ~70 wpm
- Personal experience working/owning cats is a big plus!
- Experience working in customer support or frontline service roles advantageous
